The “Recycle Yourself” distinctive license plate is available at local licensing centers statewide. A fee of $50.00 is required to purchase a plate. Over $41.00 of this fee is donated to the Alabama Organ Center for educational endeavors. Thank you for your support!
Check “YES” on your Alabama State Income Tax
Check “YES” for AOC on your Alabama State Income Tax Form. When you complete you Alabama tax form, make a donation to the Alabama Organ Center. The donation helps the Alabama Organ Center with our education endeavors.

Say “YES” when the DMV clerk asks “Are you an organ donor?” and you will have a heart indicated on your license. Have a heart for giving life a second chance…say “YES!” to organ donation.
